When your mouse cursor is over the image, the cursor will change to a hand. You can look in any direction by holding the left mouse button and moving the mouse in the direction you wish to go.
The little red or blue dots are 'hot-spots'. If you place your mouse over the hot-spot, a description for the hot-spot will appear. If you double click this hot-spot, you will go to the area described.

You can also navigate using the pop-up menu. You open the pop-up menu by clicking on the image with your right mouse button. . This menu allows you to restore the image view to the intial location, to change the navigation speed, to go back to the previous image and to re-start image movement. Click on an option with the left mouse button to activate it.
